Not only do you love dogs and cats, but you are enthusiastic about surgery and have the basics (spay, neuter, dentistry, tumor removals, etc.) covered. Base Salary: $120K-150K
Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual
Sign-On/Bonus Potential
Partnership Opportunity: Clear pathway to, or immediate opportunity for hospital equity and leadership through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), which currently includes more than 200 co-owning veterinarians
Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week)

Candidate Requirements:
- Clinical Proficiency: Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
- Licensing: DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in the state of Florida (or the ability to obtain) & in good standing
- A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues
