Ocotillo Animal Clinic & Pet Resort is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our longstanding, collaborative team in Chandler, Arizona. We are a wellestablished, fullservice small animal hospital that has proudly served the community since 1996, and we were the first veterinary hospital in the area.
Our practice is known for its familylike culture, loyal clientele, and highly collaborative medical team. Many of our team members have been here for decades, and we are proud of the positive, supportive environment we’ve built.

About the Hospital
7 exam rooms
Large surgical suite with 2 surgical tables
Dedicated dental suite with digital dental radiography
Digital fullbody radiography & ultrasound
Inhouse IDEXX lab (ProCyte, Catalyst, Sedivue, inVue, SNAP readers)
Companion therapy laser
Boarding facility
Onsite grooming services
Schedule & WorkLife Balance
4day work week
30minute appointment times for sick and wellness visits
Designated surgery days
This role will include 3 weekdays per week + 2 halfday Saturdays per month
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
Opportunity for quarterly production bonuses
Up to $10,000 signing bonus

Who We’re Looking For
A veterinarian passionate about highquality medicine and teamwork
Someone who values a culture of positivity, collaboration, and continuous learning
Comfortable working with a wellestablished, loyal client base
Surgery interest is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
DVM/VMD from an AVMAaccredited college, or
Successful completion of ECFVG or PAVE certification
