Located just 30 minutes from the beautiful coastline, our privately owned, thriving small animal practice is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our team. What We Offer:
Compensation: $130,000 base salary + production bonuses.
Ownership Opportunity: A unique 50% business profit-sharing/ownership track incentive, fully vested over 7 years.
Schedule: 4-day work week, NO weekends, and no after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals.
Diagnose and treat illnesses, perform routine dental work, and manage preventative care.
Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients through excellent communication.
Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment.
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
Active, non-restricted state veterinary license.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Passionate about learning and growing, regardless of experience level.
