- Veterinary Practice Manager
Description
Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment flow, front-desk coordination, and staff scheduling.
Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to veterinary and client-service team members.
Promote a professional, collaborative workplace culture centered on high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development as needed.
Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and general clinic supply needs.
Support billing, basic budgeting, and administrative processes to help maintain the financial health of the practice.
Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner to support a positive client experience.
Partner closely with the veterinarian/owner to improve workflow, communication, and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the veterinary field with a degree in veterinary science.
Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or practice management capacity is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of veterinary clinic operations, client communication, and team coordination.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage administrative responsibilities while providing hands-on operational support.
Proficiency with veterinary practice management software and standard office applications.
